The Business Package from MYCO Formations offers a complete solution for startups, including free company formation with all official documents, a registered office and director’s service address for 12 months, and business mail handling with forwarding or collection. It also provides access to meeting rooms, online account management, and full support via email, phone, and live chat. With a £20 postal deposit for mail services, this package helps new businesses establish a professional presence and stay compliant with ease.
The Business Package is half-price for the first year for new clients, costing only £104.99 for the first year, which includes a 50% discount. A £20 postal deposit is also required to cover the cost of forwarding business mail.
The £20 postal deposit covers the cost of forwarding your business mail. This deposit ensures that your mail is sent to you promptly and efficiently. You will be notified when the deposit is low and needs to be topped up.
Our meeting room prices in London, Edinburgh, and Ipswich are as follows: • 167–169 Great Portland Street, W1 (London): 4 meeting rooms to seat 4, 8, or 10 people – £20 +VAT per hour (4-person room) – £40 +VAT per hour (8-person room) – £50 +VAT per hour (10-person room)
As part of the Business Package, you can book meeting rooms at any of our locations, regardless of the business address you select.
The cost of forwarding business mail to you by 1st Class mail is £0.50p per item + postal charges. We do not get proof of postage for mail.
To complete the process, all Officers including Corporate Officers (except Secretaries) will need to provide one each of the following: One Government Issued Photo ID and One Proof of Address dated within the last three months, preferably a Bank Statement.
Yes, we accept parcels at 167-169 Great Portland Street (London); 50 Princes Street (Ipswich); and 5 South Charlotte Street (Edinburgh) offices. Parcels should be addressed to your business name, not exceed standard shoebox dimensions (35cm x 25cm x 13cm), and weigh no more than 3kg. Handling fees are £5 per parcel for collection or forwarding, plus postage. Oversized or overweight parcels may incur additional charges or be refused. Please note, goods are not insured while on our premises. For more details, refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Once you purchase the Business Package, you will receive login details for the client portal where you can view and update company details, change account settings, receive notifications, and purchase additional services.
