4-person room: £20 +VAT/hour
8-person room: £40 +VAT/hour
10-person room: £50 +VAT/hour
85 Great Portland Street, W1:
4-person room: £20 +VAT/hour
7 Bell Yard, WC2:
6-person room: £30 +VAT/hour
Edinburgh – 5 South Charlotte Street, EH2:
4-person room: £20 +VAT/hour
8-person room: £40 +VAT/hour
12-person room: £60 +VAT/hour
Ipswich – 50 Princes Street, IP1:
8-person room: £40 +VAT/hour
10-person room: £50 +VAT/hour
Note: Non-clients are subject to an additional surcharge – £10 +VAT/hour at all locations, except 7 Bell Yard where the surcharge is £15 +VAT/hour.

All mail sent to your virtual, registered office, or director’s address is securely processed by our team.
You can choose to:
Have it forwarded to your preferred address
Receive it via scanned email delivery
How often is mail forwarded?
UK Mail: Forwarded daily
International Mail: Forwarded twice weekly
Can I collect my mail in person?
Yes, you’re welcome to collect your mail from our office. Just let us know in advance so we can prepare it for you.
Is there a fee for mail forwarding?
Yes, forwarding costs are as follows:
Letters: £0.50 per item + Royal Mail 1st Class postage
Parcels: £5 per item + Royal Mail Tracked postage
Do you accept parcels?
Yes, we accept parcels at the following locations:

7 Bell Yard (London)
5 South Charlotte Street (Edinburgh)
50 Princes Street (Ipswich)
Parcels must:
Be addressed to your business name
Not exceed 35cm x 25cm x 13cm
Weigh no more than 3kg
Handling fee: £5 per parcel (for collection or forwarding) + postage.
