Company Formation FAQs
The Launch Package from Corporate Easy gives start-ups everything they need. It includes free company formation with all official documents, a registered office and director’s service address for 12 months, and business mail handling with forwarding or collection. You also get access to meeting rooms, online account management, and full support via email, phone, and live chat. A £20 postal deposit for mail services is required. This package helps new businesses set up a professional presence and stay compliant with ease.
Meeting room prices in London, Edinburgh, and Ipswich:
167–169 Great Portland Street, W1 (London):
4-person room: £20 + VAT per hour
8-person room: £40 + VAT per hour
10-person room: £50 + VAT per hour
All Officers (except Secretaries) must provide:
One government-issued photo ID
One proof of address from the last three months (e.g., bank statement)
Yes, parcels are accepted at:

5 South Charlotte Street (Edinburgh)
Parcels must be addressed to your business, not exceed 35cm x 25cm x 13cm, and weigh no more than 3kg. Handling fees are £5 per parcel plus postage. Oversized parcels may incur extra charges or be refused. Goods are not insured on our premises. See Terms and Conditions for details.
After purchasing the Launch Package, you’ll get login details to the client portal to view and update company info, manage your account, receive notifications, and purchase extra services.
