This package is specifically designed for non-UK residents who wish to establish a business presence in the United Kingdom. It provides all the necessary documentation and support services to set up and operate a limited company in the UK.
A Certificate of Incorporation is a legal document that confirms your company’s registration with Companies House, officially recognising your business as a limited company in the UK. You will receive both digital and printed copies as part of our package.
A Certificate of Good Standing is a document that confirms your company’s compliance with legal requirements and that it is authorised to conduct business. This certificate is included in our package to highlight your company’s legitimacy and operational status.
Our International Package includes a registered office address, director’s service address, and business address for 12 months, providing several key benefits:
Legal Compliance: The registered office address ensures your company meets UK legal requirements by serving as the official address for government correspondence.
Privacy Protection: The director’s service address keeps your personal residential address off public records, maintaining your privacy.

To complete the process, all Officers including Corporate Officers (except Secretaries) will need to provide one each of the following: One Government Issued Photo ID and One Proof of Address dated within the last three months, preferably a Bank Statement.
Once you complete the form on your account, we submit this to Companies House after we have reviewed your submission. If this is submitted during business hours, it may take up to 24 hours for your company to be formed. However, it could take longer.
Apostilled documents are authenticated by the UK government to be recognised internationally. These documents ensure that your company’s formation documents are legally accepted in other countries. Our package includes apostilled copies for your convenience.
No, we only incorporate LTD/LIMITED (with ordinary shares) companies. However, you may still use our choice of prestigious addresses for any other company type, including LLP, LLC or CIC.
